Dustin holds two Bachelor's degrees - one in Saxophone Performance and one in Music Education
As a dual-degreed educator and versatile multi-instrumentatlist, Dustin brings a unique blend of high-level academic training and global, real-world performance experience to every lesson.
12 Years of Public School Teaching
Dustin has 12 years of experience teaching band and orchestra in public schools, working with students from 5th grade through 12th grade. Dustin knows exactly how school music program operate, how to help excel within their ensembles, and what it takes to ace competitive chair placements and auditions.
The Global Stage
For two years, Dustin traveled the world as a professional musician for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Dustin performed nightly as a woodwind doubler, playing saxophone, flute, and clarinet at a professional commercial level.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the highest quality of instruction and respect for everyone's schedule, all online saxophone lessons are subject to the following policy:
24-Hour Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you must notify the instructor at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson time.
If a lesson cannot occur or is cut short due to a technical issues on the student's end, the time cannot be refunded or made up.
If the instructor needs to cancel a lesson due to illness, performance commitments, or an emergency, you will be notified as early as possible.
Tech or Connection Issues
Instructor Cancellations
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited and billed at the full lesson rate.
Please test your microphone, webcam, and internet connection 5-10 minutes before class starts.
You will be given the option to reschedule the lesson or receive a full a full refund.
