To ensure the highest quality of instruction and respect for everyone's schedule, all online saxophone lessons are subject to the following policy:
24-Hour Notice Rule
Lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will be forfeited and billed at the full lesson rate. No-shows will be charged the full lesson rate.
Instructor Cancellations
If the instructor needs to cancel a lesson due to illness, performance commitments, or an emergency, you will be notified as early as possible. You will be given the option to reschedule the lesson or receive a full refund.
